MEET LISA
Before Becoming a Realtor, I started with the IRS in Fresno California, then moved to be aa contractor for the Treasury Dept. So, all I knew was numbers and contracts before moving back to Utah. It was time to go home to help take care of ailing parents.
I started out as an Office Manager in a Utah based Real Estate Office doing the regular secretarial duties, property management and transaction coordinator before getting my license in 2006. I knew I could do a better job than some of the agents I was seeing in the industry because of my drive, personality and attention to detail.
So, I have had my license since July of 2006. I moved to Lake Havasu City in 2014 and was still driving to Utah once a month to take care of my clients that refused to work with anyone else.
In 2015 I decided I wanted to get My Arizona Real Estate Broker license and placed it with Lake Havasu City Properties in June of 2015. It's a great place to work. I Have been an Associate Broker there working with happy buyers and sellers over the years with land, residential, commercial and business deals.
I didn't work with a team or have a transaction coordinator. From start to finish my clients only deal with me. I came to Coldwell Banker in hopes to expand my business with their innovative tools and marketing to better serve my future clients and past clients that continue to give me repeat business. Also, for the exciting opportunities in education. Continuing to Learn is key to being a great agent!
